About approval of export (export) seasonal customs duties concerning grain of wheat, flour wheat and wheat and rye, vegetable oil and seeds of sunflower

According to article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs tariff of the Kyrgyz Republic", the subitem "(and)" Item 2 of article XI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade of October 30, 1947 (GATT) the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed rates of export (export) seasonal customs duties.

2. Apply rates of export (export) seasonal customs duties to the goods which are exported from customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic irrespective of the country of destination.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this resolution.

4. Send this resolution to Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on approval.

5. This resolution becomes effective after approval of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic and after 15 days from the date of official publication, and is effective within 6 months.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.
