decides:

1. To military court of the Kyrgyz Republic to take necessary measures to elimination noted in the overview and at meeting of plenum of shortcomings of work of judges of Military court of the Kyrgyz Republic and public vessels of garrisons when implementing justice.

2. Consider the chairman of Military court of the Kyrgyz Republic Batyrbayev B. S. responsible for the allowed shortcomings of court practice of Military court of the Kyrgyz Republic and public vessels of garrisons for consideration of criminal cases.

3. Based on results of the carried-out analysis of court practice of Military court of the Kyrgyz Republic and public vessels of garrisons, and also in connection with receipt of separate claims to activities of public vessels, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic needs to submit for consideration the bill providing changes in the procedural laws regarding leaving in cognizance of public vessels only of cases in the relation of the military personnel (having excluded from jurisdiction of the case concerning the staff of law-enforcement bodies, Customs Service, financial police and justice), for subsequent its entering into Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
