For the purpose of the correct and uniform application of article 41 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and local courts" the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic

decides:

1. From the date of entry into force of the Law "About the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and Local Courts" to apply provisions of Item 1 of article 41 of this Law in the following procedure:

1) subitem 3:

- the legal cases which arrived and unconsidered before entry into force of the above-stated Law by Trial Courts, are subject to completion by them production according to the procedure and the terms provided by procedural and other laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. At the same time claims and representations to the court resolutions which did not take and entered legal effect on these cases, are subject to consideration respectively by judicial boards and presidiums of the regional and equated to them courts;

- the legal cases which arrived and are not considered before entry into force of the above-stated Law by courts, regional courts, the Bishkek city court, Military court of the Kyrgyz Republic are subject to completion by them production according to the procedure and the terms provided by procedural and other laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. At the same time claims and representations to the court resolutions adopted on these cases are subject to consideration by the relevant judicial boards of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic;
