About approval of Rules of conducting veterinary and sanitary examination of food products by determination of its safety
For the purpose of implementation of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science" and the subitem 14) of Item 3 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2007 "About safety of food products", I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting veterinary and sanitary examination of food products by determination of its safety.
2. To committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with its territorial inspections of areas and cities of Astana, Almaty, in the procedure established by the legislation to take the necessary measures following from this order.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Suleymenov S. I.
4. To provide to development department of livestock production and veterinary safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
