About state registration of concession treaties

1. To assign state registration of concession treaties to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan and its bodies on places.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for state registration of concession treaties.

3. Establish the following amount of registration fees: for issue of the certificate on state registration concessionary dogovorov100 indicators for calculation;

for issue of the duplicate of the certificate on state registration of concession treaties - 50 indicators for calculation; for provision of statements from the register - 10 indicators for calculation.

4. Establish payment by applicants of the services connected with the direction to interested persons of data on the made registration in the amount of 5 indicators for calculation.

5. The direction of data, and also provision of statements from the register to the ministries and departments of the republic is performed free of charge.

6. The amounts of the registration fees collected for issue of certificates on state registration of concession treaties, their duplicates for provision of statements from the register, and also payment amount of the services connected with the direction of data on the made registration are enlisted in the republican budget.
