About approval of Rules of management, accounting and use of fund of providing obligations on public debt and guarantees
In pursuance of Item 1.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 23, 2007 No. 654 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 13, 2007 No. 483-IIIGD "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public debt", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve "Rules of management, accounting and use of fund of providing obligations on public debt and guarantees" it (is applied).
2. Charge to the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic to perform adequate measures on management, accounting and use of the fund of debt collateral received under the state guarantee.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
