About classification of the small size vessels floating under National flag of the Azerbaijan Republic
For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 5.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 29, 2006 No. 511 "About some questions connected with ensuring activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. According to requirements of international conventions which the Azerbaijan Republic joined the following vessels floating under National flag of the Azerbaijan Republic are recognized small size vessels:
a) except tankers, passenger ships, ferry boats, ro-ro, dry cargo ships, avtomobileperevozchik, military, auxiliary military, the towing, being in state-owned property or operated by the state courts, all types of fishing, pleasure and sports vessels with a gross tonnage less than 300 register tons and engines capacity less than 250 kilowatts;
b) all types of the courts moving with the suspended motor irrespective of number and capacity of the suspended motor.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
