About the amount of assignments from the arrived insurance premiums on compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases in 2008

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that in 2008:

1.1. assignments from the amounts of the insurance premiums which arrived on compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases are made:

in fund of precautionary (preventive) actions in the amount of, established by legal acts;

on expenses on conducting case - in the amount of 6 percent from the amounts of the insurance premiums which arrived by this type of compulsory insurance;

on payment of compulsory insurance premiums in Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 1996 "About compulsory insurance premiums in Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1996, No. 7, Art. 93; The National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 86, 2/979) - in their actual size;

1.2. the difference between the amount of the arrived insurance premiums on compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases and the assignments made according to subitem 1.1 of this Item goes for formation of special insurance reserve on compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases according to the procedure established by the legislation.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
