In case of the choice in accordance with the established procedure by the companies, with the foreign investments registered till January 1, 1995 of the customs legislation existing at the time of implementation of investments instead of export duties charge and collection of customs duties in 2000-2001 to make at the single rate 2% of customs value of the entered goods intended for implementation of productive activity by them.
