1. Compensation of losses of agricultural and (or) forestry and landscape production by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to which the parcels of land from farmlands are provided of lands of forest fund, according to the statement of these persons can be performed step by step:
1.1. during the term for which the parcel of land is provided, by provision of the parcel of land in temporary use or in lease for a period of up to five years inclusive;
1.2. within five years by provision of the parcel of land in temporary use or in lease for the term of over five years or in permanent use.
2. Step-by-step compensation of losses of agricultural and (or) forestry and landscape production is performed by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs annually equal parts during the terms specified in Item 1 of this resolution based on the agreement signed with the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus.
To the conclusion of the specified agreement legal entities and individual entrepreneurs compensate losses of agricultural and (or) forestry and landscape production in the amount of at least 10 percent from their total amount.
