For the purpose of accomplishment of the international obligations assumed by the Republic of Belarus, and also ensuring rendering the international legal assistance on criminal cases on the basis of the principle of reciprocity:
1. Determine that concerning the goods imported (imported) on the territory of the Republic of Belarus within rendering the international legal assistance on criminal cases, customs payments, except for import customs duty are not levied.
The decision on giving to goods of the status imported (imported) on the territory of the Republic of Belarus within rendering the international legal assistance on criminal cases is accepted by the Chairman of the Supreme Court, the Attorney-General, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee, the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Chairman of Committee for State Security, the director of the department of financial investigations of the State Control Committee or their deputies.
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
