About the organization of tour and concert activities

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for the organization of tour and concert activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on tour and concert activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

2. In this sphere to assign control of implementation of tour and concert activities, compliance with law to the State Control Committee, the Ministry of Culture, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom within their competence.

3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus till June 1, 2008 reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

4. This Decree becomes effective since June 1, 2008, except for Item 3 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of official publication of the Decree.

Regulations on tour and concert activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus

1. This Provision determines procedure of tour and concert activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus which extends to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus, and also on foreign citizens, persons without citizenship, the foreign and international organizations, including not being legal entities who in accordance with the established procedure perform tour and concert activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (further - subjects of tour and concert activities).

2. For the purposes of this provision the following determinations are used:
