- The list of the special means consisting on arms of law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Rules of application of special means by the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Determine that procedure for providing staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic with special means, the procedure for issue, accounting, storage, transportation and destruction of special means is determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
