1. Approve the enclosed format of the description of the investment project for forming of "Single packet of investment projects".

2. To the ministries, state committees, administrative departments, other executive bodies, local public administrations:

- till July 1, 2008 to provide to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic investment projects according to the approved format;

- to send quarterly to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic of the offer on investment projects, according to the approved format, for updating of "Single packet of investment projects".

3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- till June 20 to develop and approve technique of development of investment projects and filling of format of the description of investment projects;

- send this technique to the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, other executive bodies, local public administrations for management;

- carry out expertize of investment projects regarding feasibility of inclusion in "Single packet of investment projects";

- till July 31, 2008 to create "Single packet of investment projects";

- to quarterly update "Single packet of investment projects", taking into account the offers which arrived from the ministries, the state committees, admnistrativny departments, other executive bodies, local public administrations;

- to annually carry out efficiency analysis of implementation of the investment projects included in "Single packet of investment projects" and to inform Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic on results;

- provide placement of the investment projects included in "Single packet of investment projects" on the official website of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.
