Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization of works on issue of phytosanitary documents when importing and exporting quarantine products issued by the State inspectorate for quarantine of plants under the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic to carry out audit of regulatory legal acts about issue of allowing documents and to bring into accord with rules of international law on minimization of technical barriers in trade.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of economy, trade, tourism and entrepreneurship and department of agro-industrial complex and environmental management of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
