4. From coming into force of this resolution to recognize invalid:

- the resolution of Board of NBKR No. 28/2 of September 14, 2005. "About new edition of the Regulations on release, placement, the address and repayment of notes of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on October 7, 2005, registration number 140-05;
