About the Single state register of statistical units of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of practical implementation of the measures directed to improvement of quality of information funds, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Provisions:

- about the Single state register of statistical units of the Kyrgyz Republic (EGRSE);

- about interaction of the Single state register of statistical units of the Kyrgyz Republic (EGRSE) with departmental registers.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to finance works on maintaining the Single state register of statistical units of the Kyrgyz Republic within the means provided in the budget for the corresponding year.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 14, 1992 No. 324 "About carrying out registration of all business entities located in the territory of the Republic Kyrgyzstan".

4. Determine that violation of requirements of the Provisions approved by this resolution attracts responsibility of executive bodies and business entities according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic.
