2. From the date of enforcement of this resolution to declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2003 No. 213 "About approval of Rules of submission of the reporting by the accumulation pension funds" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 2447, "Kazakstan Ulttyk Bank published on August 11-24, 2003 in printing editions of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan? 3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2005.
