About granting of amnesty of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in connection with legalization of money by them
This Law determines legal and organizational basis of holding exclusive single action by the state by granting of amnesty of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in connection with legalization of the money by them.
The purpose of this Law is attraction of additional financial resources in economy of Tajikistan, improvement of the investment climate and development of entrepreneurship.
For the purposes of this Law the following determinations of the basic concepts are applied: legalization of cash means - investment into economy of Tajikistan of money which was removed from legal economic circulation earlier and was not declared;
granting of amnesty of citizens - release of persons legalizing the money from responsibility, stipulated by the legislation;
the legalization period - the period of time established by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan during which money of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan can be legalized.
This Law is applied to the citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan who legalized the money during the legalization period.
The provisions provided by this Law are not applied to the money belonging to other persons or received as the credits.
Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan during the period of legalization can legalize the money in the way:
a) acceptances of equity in forming of the authorized capital of domestic legal entities, including in the course of privatization of state-owned property;
b) property acquisitions, including shares and other securities of legal litsrezident of the Republic of Tajikistan;
c) transfers of cash in national or in foreign currency into accounts in banks of the Republic of Tajikistan or money transfer from foreign bank accounts in banks of the Republic of Tajikistan;
