About some questions of cost recovery on audit of issuers of the financial instruments allowed on special trading floor of regional financial center of the city of Almaty
According to the subitem 8) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 5, 2006 "About regional financial center of the city of Almaty" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of cost recovery on audit of issuers of the financial instruments allowed on special trading floor of regional financial center of the city of Almaty.
2. Determine that cost recovery on audit is performed within the budgetary funds allocated to authorized body on regulation of activities of regional financial center of the city of Almaty for the corresponding financial year.
3. The amount of cost recovery on audit to one issuer cannot exceed the amounts of equivalent 12000 (twelve thousand) monthly settlement indicators.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
