About enforcement of the Code of execution of criminal penalties of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Enact the Code of execution of criminal penalties of the Republic of Tajikistan after its official publication since January 1, 2002, except as specified, for which this Resolution establishes other terms of enforcement.
2. Until reduction in compliance with the Code of execution of criminal penalties of the Republic of Tajikistan of the laws and other regulatory legal acts, they are applied in the part which is not contradicting the Code of execution of punishments of the Republic of Tajikistan.
3. To the government of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- provide Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the offer on reduction of the laws to compliance with the Code of execution of criminal penalties of the Republic of Tajikistan.
- bring the decisions into accord with this Code.
4. To otstrochit execution of provisions of Articles 62-69 and 160-165 of this Code till January 1, 2003.
