2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government N 105 of January 30, 2006. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation of the Supplier list (contractors) which shall not be allowed to participation in process of procurement procedures, and conducting their accounting" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, N 21-24, Art. 138).
