For the purpose of social support of separate categories of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in connection with increase in rates for electrical and heat energy according to Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical and heat energy for 2008-2012 the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. And social development of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide to the Ministry of Labour provision of the privileges established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, to separate categories of citizens taking into account increase in rates for electrical and heat energy.
2. To regional public administrations and the city halls of the cities of Bishkek and Osh to render effective assistance to lower-income strata on payment for heat energy.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide in the budget for 2008 to the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Kyrgyz Republic additional financial resources on provision of privileges on payment of electrical and heat energy to separate categories of citizens.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
