About approval of standard rates of cost of compensation of the losses of agricultural production connected with provision of agricultural holdings for nonagricultural needs

For the purpose of protection of agricultural holdings the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve standard rates of cost of compensation of the losses of agricultural production connected with provision of agricultural holdings for nonagricultural needs (are applied).

2. Determine that the means received in compensation of losses of agricultural production are listed by physical persons and legal entities to which the parcels of land are provided, before issue of the documents certifying the right to the parcel of land to them in the republican budget and are used on:

- development of new lands;

- melioration of the operated lands;

- increase in fertility of soils;

- accomplishment of project and surveying works on development new and melioration of the operated lands, increase in their fertility.

3. Determine that the lost profit is compensated by new land users and owners former at the rate on one year: 1760 som from hectare of the irrigated ploughland, 610 som - bogharic ploughland, 350 som - haymakings, 90 som - pastures.

4. Determine that the amounts of losses of agricultural production and lost profit are estimated on the actual term of alienation of the parcels of land, and by provision in unlimited use or in property for 99 and 25 years respectively.
