1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on administration of the account "The national account of repayment of external debt of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. Create the Supervisory board for administration of the account "The national account of repayment of external debt of the Kyrgyz Republic" (further - the Supervisory board) in structure according to appendix to this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in week time to submit for consideration of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic of the offer on staff of the Supervisory board.

4. Recommend to the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks which are in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, not levy sales charges in case of money transfer into "The national account of repayment of external debt of the Kyrgyz Republic".

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of finance and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
