2. Bring in the Regulations on rules and procedure for carrying out obligatory certification of products approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 30, 2005 No. 639 "About obligatory confirmation of conformity of products", the following changes:
- in Item 4.6.6 the first offer to state in the following edition:
"Rules and procedure for maintaining the Unified state register of the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity on products which underwent obligatory confirmation of conformity are determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic".
3. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, other executive bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of official publication.
