1. This Procedure is prepared according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against human trafficking", provisions of the "National plan of activities for fight against human trafficking in the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 6, 2004 No. 208, regulates mechanisms of transfer of persons which became the victims of crime of human trafficking, and the possible victims by the government and non-state institutions in special police structure on fight against human trafficking (further - special police structure).
2. The structures which established the victims of crime of human trafficking shall ensure first of all their safety, anonymity of the personality and confidentiality of information obtained about them.
3. Registration of statements and the addresses of the victims of crime of human trafficking in the structures which identified specified persons is made in the special magazine with observance of the mode of privacy.
