1. Approve the list of income types which are considered in case of determination of the size of the alimony for one of spouses, children, parents other persons it (is applied).

Determine that from the payer of the alimony who goes abroad for permanent residence to the states with which Ukraine did not sign agreements on provision of legal assistance collection of the alimony is made before departure out of the entire period before achievement of age of majority by the child, proceeding from the size of its earnings (income) for the last month of work at the time of departure and in case the payer of the alimony does not work or is physical person entrepreneur and is on simplified taxation system, - proceeding from the size of the average salary of the worker for the area where the payer of the alimony before departure abroad lives.
