1. Approve the Instruction about the official publication of the statement for readiness of provision to any person of permission to use of the patented invention (useful model) and petitions for its withdrawal (further - the Instruction) which is applied.

2. To submit to public service of intellectual property of Ukraine this Instruction to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.

3. To public service of intellectual property of Ukraine to publish this Instruction in the statement "Industrial property".

4. Declare invalid:

- Item 1 of the order of Gospatent of Ukraine "About approval of regulations" of November 10, 1995 N 164, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 22, 1995 for N 418/954, and the Instruction approved by it about consideration and the publication of the statement of the owner of the patent of Ukraine for provision to any person of permission to use of the patented invention (useful model);

- Items 1. 4, 1.4.1, 1.4.2, 1.4.3 of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "About modification of regulating documents of Gospatent of Ukraine" of August 16, 2000 N 392, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2000 for N 577/4798.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Public service of intellectual property of Ukraine Paladiya M. V.
