1. Approve the Instruction about the official publication of the statement for provision to any person of permission to use of the patented industrial design and the petition for its withdrawal (further - the Instruction) which is attached.

2. To submit to State department of intellectual property the Instruction to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.

3. To State department of intellectual property to publish the Instruction in the statement "Industrial property".

4. Declare invalid:

- Item 2 of the order of Gospatent of Ukraine "About approval of regulations" of November 10, 1995 N 164, to person of permission to use of the patented industrial design, Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 22, 1995 for N 418/954, and the Instruction approved by it about consideration and the publication of the statement of the owner of the patent of Ukraine for provision any on November 22, 1995 for N 418/954;

- Items 1. 5, 1.5.1, 1.5.2, 1.5.3 of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine "About modification of regulating documents of Gospatent of Ukraine" of August 16, 2000 N 392, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2000 for N 577/4798.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of State department of intellectual property Paladiya M. V.
