About procedure for representation and elections of heads of ailny districts, settlements and cities of district value
According to the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local self-government and local public administration", and also for the purpose of further democratization of management and increase in efficiency of activities of local government bodies of the republic I decide:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for representation and elections of heads of ailny districts, settlements and cities of district value.
2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the National agency of the Kyrgyz Republic for local self-government to resolve the organizational and other matters following from this Decree.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of organizational work and policy of public administration of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
