About procedure for re-export of the goods occurring from the territory of the Russian Federation, other state members of Eurasian economic community

1. Approve the enclosed list of the goods occurring from the territory of the Russian Federation which re-export can be performed by other state members of Eurasian economic community only in the presence of properly the drawn-up written permission issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (further - permission to re-export of goods).

2. Determine that:

permission to re-export of goods is issued on condition of ensuring discharge of duty on payment in the federal budget of the amounts of export customs duties concerning the re-exported goods;

payment in the federal budget of the amounts of export customs duties concerning the re-exported goods is performed at the rates operating in the Russian Federation for date of making of customs transactions concerning the re-exported goods in state member of Eurasian economic community.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation with participation of the interested federal executive bodies to determine procedure for ensuring discharge of duty by payment of the amounts of export customs duties concerning the re-exported goods, and also their transfer in the federal budget according to this resolution.

5. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to inform the Secretariat of Integration Committee of Eurasian economic community on the made decision.

6. This Resolution becomes effective in 60 days after its official publication.
