Regulations on creation of geodetic networks of special purpose

1. This Provision determines procedure for creation of the geodetic networks of special purpose developed for the purpose of ensuring maintaining the State Immovable Property Cadastre (further - basic boundary networks).

2. Basic boundary networks are created according to solutions of authorized federal executive bodies, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies.

3. Creation of basic boundary networks includes creation of the engineering design of creation of basic boundary networks (the daleetekhnichesky project), and also performance of works on creation of basic boundary networks.

4. Customer of works on creation of the engineering design is the federal executive body, either public authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, or the local government body which made the decision on creation of basic boundary networks.

Works on creation of the engineering design are performed according to the Federal Law "About Geodesy and Cartography" by the legal entities or individual entrepreneurs determined by the customer according to the procedure, established by the Federal Law "About Placing Orders for the Supply of Goods, Works and Services for State and Municipal Needs" (further - developers of the engineering design).
