Article 1. Purpose of this Law

This Law establishes the legal basis of the organization and conducting financial accounting in the Republic of Tajikistan.

The purposes of this Law are:

ensuring uniform accounting of property, the obligations and economic activities performed by the companies, organizations and the organizations (further the companies);

Article 2. Financial accounting, its objects and main objectives
