Consider the voided resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on management of the State-owned property, the Ministries of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzgosneftegazinspektion, NHK "Uzbekneftegaz", JSC UZRTSB of 29.03.2004 N 23, N 01/24-14, N 50, N 03-183, N 01/AA-214-M, N 42-01/139 "About approval of Provisional regulations for procedure for realization of fuel oil at the exchange biddings". (Reg. N 1348 of 06.05.2004, the Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2004, N 18, the Art. 211) (the text is provided in Uzbek).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
