About investment attraction in agricultural production

For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of agricultural industry of the republic and investment attraction:

1. Determine that:

1.1. it are provided to the legal entities who acquired (acquiring) from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2010 in accordance with the established procedure by reorganization, purchase, voluntary conveyance of the companies as property complexes of agricultural organizations of the right and obligation of these organizations (further - legal entities):

1.1.1. for two years deferred settlement of debt of agricultural organizations which rights and obligations are acquired by legal entities as a result of reorganization, purchase, voluntary conveyance of the companies as property complexes of agricultural organizations (further - agricultural organizations), on payment of the amounts of the applied economic sanctions, the imposed administrative punishments in the form of penalties and penalty fee for violation of terms and procedure for entering of payments into Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (further - Fund);

1.1.2. the payment by installments of debt repayment of agricultural organizations on obligatory payments in Fund with its payment within two years monthly equal shares operating on condition of complete payment during this period of the current payments in Fund for the activities connected with production of agricultural products.

In case of absence, according to accounting of bodies of Fund, debt of legal entities on payment of the current payments in Fund within two years from the date of provision of delay and (or) payment by installments specified in part two of subitem 1.2 of this Item and complete repayment of the debt on obligatory payments spread according to part one of this subitem in Fund the debt called in subitem 1.1.1 of this Item is written off by the decision of Fund;

1.1.3. for five years deferred settlement registered, according to accounting of tax authorities, debt of agricultural organizations on tax payment, charges and other obligatory payments in the republican budget, including the state trust budget funds.
