1. Transform the Kyrgyz transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State transport inspection under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve enclosed:
- Regulations on the State transport inspection under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- the scheme of management of the State transport inspection under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 10, 2007 No. 157 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic", the following change:
- in Item 12 of the word "Chief Transport Inspector" shall be replaced with words "the director of the State transport inspection".
4. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- bring in accordance with the established procedure the regulatory legal acts providing reduction of earlier made decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with this resolution;
- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
