About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the register of public debts and state guarantees, and also debts of foreign states to the Azerbaijan Republic

(as amended of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of 18.02.2020 No. 54)

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 6, 2007 with No. 610 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About public debt" and subitem 2.0.3 "Regulations on the Agency on national debt management and financial liabilities under the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic", the approved Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 16, 2019 the No. 842 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Procedure for maintaining the register of public debts and the state guarantees, and also debts of foreign states to the Azerbaijan Republic" it (is applied).

2. Charge to the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic to perform necessary actions for maintaining the register of public debts and state guarantees, and also debts of foreign states to the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
