1. Approve the enclosed explanation to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 15, 2003 No. 65 "About approval of Rules of registration of vehicles and trail cars to them in the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. Send this order to the relevant state bodies, ABM-Avto limited liability company, Aziyaavtotsentr limited liability company and Bishkek-Motors limited liability company joint Kyrgyz Russian.
