proceeding from the accumulated experience of implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation about conditions of organization and activities in the city of Bishkek of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic university of September 9, 1993,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic university, (daleeuniversitt), is the interstate educational institution of higher education which is under joint authority of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.

Article 2

The main objectives of University are:

training with the higher and postgraduate professional education in the directions of preparation (specialties) provided by the lists of the directions of preparation (specialties) of higher education accepted in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation according to the license for the right of conducting educational activities;

implementation of educational activities for educational programs of the main general, secondary (complete) general and secondary professional education;

assistance to development of scientific and technical and personnel potential based on use of experience and achievements which are saved up in the field of science and education of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation, mutual exchange of research and educational personnel of higher educational institutions of both states;

development of processes of integration into the fields of education, assistance to preserving, development and mutual enrichment of cultures, languages, historical and national traditions of the people of both states.
