About measures for rational use of resources of fruit and vegetable products, melon field and grapes in 2008

For the purpose of rational use of resources of fruit and vegetable and melon cultures, potatoes and grapes, saturation by them first of all the domestic market, ensuring requirements of domestic processing enterprises, and also the accurate organization of deliveries of products for export the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Establish procedure according to which export of fruit and vegetable products, taking into account first-priority saturation of the domestic consumer market by it, is performed:

fresh fruit and vegetable products, melon field and grapes - Uzulgurzhisavdoinvest association, territorial joint stock companies "Matlubotsavdo" and their divisions with the status of the legal entity;

the dried and refrigerated fruits, vegetables, melon field and grapes, and also bean products - legal entities, irrespective of their patterns of ownership.

Export of fruits, vegetables, melon field and grapes is performed on contractual basis for freely convertible currency with tough control of their execution, according to the current legislation on currency control.

2. For the solution of questions of rational use of fruits, vegetables, melon field, potatoes, grapes and bean products in the domestic market of the republic, and also the organization of deliveries to export to form working group in structure according to appendix.

Determine the main objectives of working group:

critical consideration of the course of accomplishment of the key forecast parameters of production and use of the fruits, vegetables, melon field, potatoes and grapes approved for 2008;

the solution of questions of stable and uninterrupted saturation of the domestic consumer market fruits, vegetables, melon cultures, potatoes, grapes and bean products in necessary amounts and assortment, and also conducting monitoring of the prices of the specified products;
