1. To the state committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on taxes and fees during the period from April 25, 2008 to December 31, 2008:
- stop conducting tax (documentary) audits, rechecks and counter checks of subjects of entrepreneurship, except for the checks connected with tax payment on voluntary basis according to statements of subjects of entrepreneurship, on requests of tax authorities of other countries, on the brought criminal cases, on documentary confirmed facts of concealment of taxes;
- optimize the number of staff of the divisions performing checks of subjects of entrepreneurship. Involve the staff of these divisions on other sites of tax administration;
- monthly to the 10th to represent to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of the data on accomplishment of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:
