About additional social guarantees to parents of the military personnel

According to Item 5 of article 2 of the Federal Law of May 27, 1998 and for the purpose of strengthening of social security of members of families of the military personnel I decide N76-FZ "About the Status of the Military Personnel":

1. Determine that in case of death (death) of voyennosluzhashchegograzhdanin of the Russian Federation and its burial in the territory of the Russian Federation the serviceman's parents irrespective of date of his death (death) have the right to free pass to the place of burial and back once a year.

2. The right to free pass, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree, is provided to parents of the died (died) serviceman irrespective of use of this right by persons specified in paragraphs the sixth or tenth Item 5 of article 2 of the Federal Law of May 27, 1998 to N76-FZ "About the Status of the Military Personnel".

3. The expenses connected with implementation of this Decree are compensated at the expense of means of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (other federal executive body in which the military service is provided). The procedure for compensation of the specified expenses is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
