About formation of Committee on foreign investments of the Azerbaijan Republic
For the purpose of coordination of work on attraction of foreign investments in economy of the Azerbaijan Republic and questions of cooperation with international financial institutions and banks and according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About additional measures for stabilization of economic and social and political life of the republic" I decide:
1. Form Committee on foreign investments of the Azerbaijan Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.
2. Charge to Committee on foreign investments of the Azerbaijan Republic to develop in a month and in accordance with the established procedure to provide Regulations on committee and its structure to the Cabinet of Ministers.
3. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to take necessary measures for ensuring financial and economic activities of Committee on foreign investments.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the moment of signing.
