About obligatory application of general identification code of the companies, organizations and individual entrepreneurs (RCBO) and codes of the state qualifiers

For the purpose of creation of common information space in the Kyrgyz Republic, and also ensuring completeness of accounting and accuracy of the information about business entities, forming of the objective macroeconomic indicators characterizing social and economic development of the republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish obligatory application by the legal entities and physical persons performing economic activity, general identification code of the companies, organizations and individual entrepreneurs (RCBO) appropriated by National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic and its territorial authorities in all accounting, accounting, statistical, bank, customs, contractual and other documents.

2. To the ministries, state committees, administrative departments, state commissions, local public administrations and local government bodies:

- use general identification code of RCBO and codes of the state qualifiers during creation and maintaining departmental registers;

- without fail to approve with National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic projects of the regulatory legal acts concerning questions of creation and maintaining the state information systems regarding obligatory use of the state qualifiers for the purpose of comparability of economical statistical data.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic without fail to represent to National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic of the data on the international organizations, diplomatic representations and consulates accredited in the Kyrgyz Republic for assignment of identification code and codes of the state qualifiers and inclusion in the Single state register of statistical units by it.

4. Determine that violation of requirements of this resolution attracts responsibility of business entities according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on management of economy, investments and regional development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
