About approval of Aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic of APKR-17 "Aviation safety"

1. Approve the enclosed Aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic APKR-17 "Aviation safety".

2. Direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Determine that this order becomes effective from 01.07.2008 after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and subsequent its official publication.

4. Notify the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on date and source of official publication of this order.

5. - Regulations on protection of aircrafts and especially important objects of civil aviation at the airports and at airlines of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Regulations on the organization of the access and inside control at the airports and at airlines of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. From the moment of the introduction of this order to recognize invalid:

- The order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic of 16.05.2000 No. 161 "About approval of the Regulations on the list and procedure for representation by operators of air transport and business entities in the field of civil aviation of evidential documentation on their capability to performance of works and services in implementation of aviation safety for receipt of the license", registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic 12.06. 2000, registration No. 117;

- The order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic of 04.08.2005 No. 218 "About approval of Aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic of AP-EKS "Operation of civil aircrafts", Podchast of S "Aviation Safety", Section 1 (Requirements)", 30.08.2005, registration No. 121-05 registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- The order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic of 04.08.2005 No. 219 "About approval of Aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic of AP-EKS "Operation of civil aircrafts", Podchast of S "Aviation Safety", Section 2 (Standards)", 30.08.2005, registration No. 122-05 registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- The order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic of 27.04.2006 No. 163 "About approval of Rules of aviation safety of civil aviation of the Kyrgyz Republic".
