About procedure for calculation of driver's years of service
According to article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About traffic" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that the driver's years of service are estimated of date of provision of the right of control of the motorized vehicle, the self-propelled machine of the corresponding category.
The driver's years of service do not include term of deprivation of the right of vehicle control, the self-propelled machine, and also time of expiry date of the car driver license before obtaining new.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
