About material security and catering services of pupils of high schools - schools of the Olympic reserve

 According to Item 5 of article 40 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on education the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Keep material security and catering services at the expense of means republican or local budgets on the established regulations and standard rates of the approved target figures of acceptance and plans of completing for sports of pupils of the public high schools enlisted within - the schools of the Olympic reserve studying at levels of general average and average special.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on catering services of pupils of high schools - schools of the Olympic reserve.

3. To the Ministry of Finance, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom when forming projects republican and local budgets for the next financial (budget) year in accordance with the established procedure to provide funds for implementation of this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Sport and tourism in coordination with the Ministry of Finance:

annually till December 1, since 2008 to review cash expense rates on food of pupils of high schools - schools of the Olympic reserve;

in three-months time to approve regulations and standard rates of material security of pupils of high schools - schools of the Olympic reserve.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
