Requirements to material carriers of biometric personal data and technologies of storage of such data out of information systems of personal data

1. These requirements are applied when using material carriers on which record of biometric personal data is performed, and also in case of storage of biometric personal data out of information systems of personal data.

2. In these requirements the material carrier is understood as the machine-readable data carrier (including magnetic and electronic) on which record and storage of the data characterizing physiological features of the person are performed and on the basis of which it is possible to identify his personality (further - the material carrier).

3. These requirements do not extend to the relations arising when using:

a) the operator of information system of personal data (daleeoperator) of material carriers for the organization of functioning of information system of personal data which operator he is;

b) papers for record and storage of biometric personal data.

4. The material carrier shall provide:

a) protection against unauthorized repeated and additional data recording after its extraction from information system of personal data;
