1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about the organization of activities of boundary bodies for prolongation of effective period of the visa and cancellation of the visa at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation * (4).

2. Organize and provide to Russian Federal Border Service in accordance with the established procedure production of mastic stamps "Is prolonged" and "cancelled" in number of 335 pieces of each name according to the Instruction and the appendices attached to it.

3.
